The Club House at Patty Jewett Golf Course has a new work of art, thanks to long time golfer and local artist Bill Robson. As a disabled veteran, art is part of Bill’s therapy. He spent 300 hours creating the beautiful mosaic that now adorns the putting green wall. Mayor Steve Bach attended the dedication ceremony and thanked Mr. Robson for giving back to the community. Golf Course Manager Dal Lockwood spoke about Patty Jewett being a course for the people, and how great it is when those people give back to create something special. The artwork is sponsored by the Disabled American Veterans (DAV). Several Disabled American Veterans were at the ceremony and Mayor Bach thanked them all for their service.
