COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. — A day after the El Paso County State of the Region was delivered by board chair, Amy Lathen, Colorado Springs Mayor Steve Bach sat down with Fox 21′s John Martin to look ahead to 2013. Among the topics discussed, Mayor Bach spoke about the upcoming city budget process and the impact that a hike in water rates would take on the city and its budget. Mayor Bach also addressed the city pensions and the recently started Pensions Solutions Team.
