On Thursday, December 13th Mayor Steve Bach promoted nine members of the Colorado Springs Fire Department to the ranks of Firefighter/Paramedic, Driver/Engineer, Lieutenant, Captain, and Battalion Chief. Three civilians were also promoted to the ranks of City Facilities Manager, Wildfire Mitigation Education and Outreach Program Coordinator, and Fleet Supervisor.
