City staffers support early childhood development

Mayor Bach’s Chief of Staff Laura Neumann served as a table captain at an important community fundraising breakfast hosted by the Community Partnership for Childhood Development.  Neumann was joined by CPCD board members, City staffers Mike Sullivan and Lori Smith, City Clerk Sarah Johnson, and over 650 others.

CPCD provides more than 1,900 children living in poverty or challenged by special circumstances with an early childhood education through Head Start, Early Head Start and the Colorado Preschool Program. Not just a free preschool, this organization also provides additional health, dental and family support services to ensure that we bring out the best in the children and families who enroll.
