On Tuesday, August 28th, Mayor Bach gave the opening remarks to the 2012 Western Cyber Exchange. Since job growth is Mayor Bach’s number one priority, his remarks focused on the importance of Colorado Springs becoming a hub for the growing cyber security industry. The Western Cyber Exchange is group made up concerned businesses, IT security professionals, and Federal, State and Local Government representatives from throughout Colorado. They share information, training, services and products with other members to gain an edge in cyber security over other individual members of the cyber community.
